Is Twitter worried about Flutter 0 Flares 0 Flares Spent some time on Ken Horsts blog last night and found a doozy.  A doozy I tell you.  Ken is also known as The Jobs Guy, and has over 14,000 followers on Twitter.   Check him out, hes a good dude. So, what is Flutter?  Flutter believes Twitters use of 140 characters is way too long, so theyve shortened it to 26 characters.  Flutter has also replaced tweets, with flaps.  Ok, so maybe Flutter is fake, but this video is very funny.  Im still laughing at the concept of Flutter Eyes.  Definitely watch this video Corn Heads!
